SOFTEN Soothing Breathwork, Guided Meditation and Sound Healing - 3rd Friday of Every month An hour for you to fully unwind, relax, recharge and restore. A gentle, guided flow including simple yet profound breathwork, meditation and high vibrational sound healing. Arriving in your pjs not just acceptable but fully recommended. Please note there are contraindications for Crystal Sound Bowls, including: Epilepsy (current, and a history of) Metal Implants, or devices in the body (including pacemakers, coronary shunts, artificial heart valves, metal pins, staples etc) Heart Conditions Hearing Aids Severe Mental Health Conditions Recent Surgery If you have any of the above contraindications, this does not mean you cannot attend, we may need to confirm with a relevant practitioner before the session, or alter the session accordingly. It may mean you are able to attend the breathwork only, and leave before the sound healing begins. Please contact Lottie or Leanne if you are unsure, and wish to check/chat further. DEEPEN - Conscious Connected Breathwork Deepen the connection you have with yourself. Explore, expand and release, with deep, powerful, connective breathwork. Perfect for stress relief, creating emotional & energetic space, releasing tension & re-setting your internal system. Please note there are contraindications for Conscious Connected Breathwork: Schizophrenia Bipolar A history of epilepsy Extremes in blood pressure History of aneurysms or strokes Pre existing lung and heart conditions Glaucoma Detached retina Recent abdominal surgery Early or delicate pregnancy If you have any of the above contraindications, this does not mean you cannot attend, we may need to confirm with a relevant practitioner before the session, or alter the breath accordingly for you. Cancellation Policy

You can manage your own cancellations and re-book through the member login section of the website at the top right of the page. You can also re-schedule Like for Like classes here to. Cancellations and re-schedule must be 24hr before the class start time. We appreciate unexpected matters occur from time to time, if you can’t make it to class, please LOG IN to cancel your space so someone else can have it. Unfortunately, from now on we cannot issue credits for last-minute cancellations.  Due to the nature of our booking system (like most) we incur a fee from a banking merchant every time you buy a class or class pass, this also applies every time we issue you a refund, If we have 24 hours or more notice of your class cancellation we are able to credit you a class.  We will issue a refund only if there is no chance of you coming back to the studio and a class credit is not acceptable. Please email us to let us know if this is the case.
