Service Description

Who is it for? Anyone wishing to become more flexible in body and mind. Anyone wishing to become stronger in body and mind. Anyone new or returning to yoga. Experienced practitioners. Anyone with an injury or medical condition looking for a low impact form of exercise, stretching and rehabilitation (although note I am not a doctor, you should always seek professional medical advice before commencing yoga if you have a pre-existing condition). What can I expect? General Hatha Yoga classes teach students the basic principles of Yoga. They teach students how to use their bodies in different postures called Asanas and how to align themselves correctly. Correct alignment can help improve posture and also general health as energy can move around the body in a smoother way. Some yoga philosophy teachings will be incorporated into general Hatha classes and possibly some chanting. Most importantly students will learn how to breathe properly and how to relax, these are the essential aspects of any yoga class to improve stress and anxiety and combine a mind body experience of general wellbeing. Students are also taught how to use props for alignment and to work with the postures in a way that is comfortable for them. General Hatha Yoga Class for all Levels. Please have your own mat, yoga bricks, yoga block and yoga strap. If you have a bolster too great. Class intensity varies week by week depending on the theme of the class.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your class on the LeAnanda Yoga (Fit by Wix) App or through the online login area up to 6 hours before the start of the class, if you have a class pass or membership. Cancellations after this period will be marked as "no show" and you will lose your class credit. If you select Pay as you go option, you may be able to move your booking to another day that week, up to 6 hours before the start of class, by contacting us directly. After 6 hours you will not be refunded. For Therapy services or Yoga 1-2-1's - 24 hour cancellation policy applies. You must contact us directly to reschedule.
