Service Description

Stretching and strengthening our muscles is great, but how about the connective tissues that hold everything together? From the Taoist yoga tradition, Yin Yoga accesses connective tissue and joints in a soft yet sometimes challenging way. Each shape will be held for a few minutes, and you will be guided using available props. The flow we practice between poses is concise and simple as muscles shouldn't warm up to feel and access the fascia. Yet, it will allow the energy to move after each rebound. The practise is so beneficial to joints and connective tissue health. This can also be a meditative experience, and you can observe what comes up in times of discomfort. Using our breath, we will learn to relax, find resilience, and discover that once we accept the shape of our body, we finally allow more space and freedom. The savasana (relaxation) at the end will get you to step out relaxed, ready for a good night sleep and float through the end of the week focused and recharged. All levels. This can be practised comfortably at home on your mat or your bed.

Cancelation Policy

You can manage your own cancellations and re-book through the member login section of the website at the top right of the page. You can also re-schedule Like for Like classes here to. Cancellations and re-schedule must be 24hr before the class start time. We appreciate unexpected matters occur from time to time, if you can’t make it to class, please LOG IN to cancel your space so someone else can have it. Unfortunately, from now on we cannot issue credits for last-minute cancellations.  Due to the nature of our booking system (like most) we incur a fee from a banking merchant every time you buy a class or class pass, this also applies every time we issue you a refund, If we have 24 hours or more notice of your class cancellation we are able to credit you a class.  We will issue a refund only if there is no chance of you coming back to the studio and a class credit is not acceptable. Please email us to let us know if this is the case.
