Service Description
Yoga for Sports can help athletes: Improve balance and reflexive stability. Improve breathing for improved CO2 tolerance, focus, concentration or performance nerves. It also improves sleep and overall well-being. Simone is passionate about helping people to move well, breathe well and feel better in their body and mind through the practice of yoga. Experienced instructor Simone will guide you through a dynamic and energizing practice designed to improve strength, flexibility, and focus, helping you reach your fitness goals.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your class on the LeAnanda Yoga (Fit by Wix) App or through the online login area up to 6 hours before the start of the class, if you have a class pass or membership. Cancellations after this period will be marked as "no show" and you will lose your class credit. If you select Pay as you go option, you may be able to move your booking to another day that week, up to 6 hours before the start of class, by contacting us directly. After 6 hours you will not be refunded. For Therapy services or Yoga 1-2-1's - 24 hour cancellation policy applies. You must contact us directly to reschedule.
