It was thanks to an invitation from a friend that Clary first attended a yoga class. She was struggling to find focus after graduating.  She tuned in quickly, especially to the idea of moving with her breath. With time Clary began to notice a reduction in tension and some guiding light within.

Yoga offers a helping hand to understanding yourself and your capabilities; it enables you to re-set and gives you strength and confidence to strive forward.

When Clary relocated to begin a career in international higher education, she sought further classes and experienced the teachings of some magnificently inspiring and uplifting women.  She went to yoga shows and chatted with children’s yoga training providers.  Consequently, trained in the Yoga Bananas® technique in 2018 and found the roots to start Enguard Kids Yoga in 2021.

Clary is passionate about planting yoga seeds from an early age and enabling children and teenagers to experience and take forward the benefits of yoga practice.

To better understand some of the philosophy and history of yoga, Clary studied for the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Certificate in 2020-21.  In 2023 she went on to complete the BWY’s Yoga Teacher Training.

For all ages and stages, Clary believes that through the practice of yoga, we are gifting ourselves a bit of inner peace and strength to make the most of our being - for the World around us too.
