Like many, Sabrina first started Yoga focussing on the physical aspect to stretch out tight muscles after running. But when she moved from England to South Florida, she found that yoga also provided her with a sense of connection and community.
She became a regular practitioner and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2014. She loves travelling and yoga is now her way to feel home wherever her mat is. Her laid back approach and playfulness will support you exploring, in a safe friendly environment, feelings and sensations you may experience when moving or holding yoga poses.
Personally, she ventured beyond the dynamic aspect of her practice and completed her 80h Yin Teacher training with Joe Barnett. It has become essential to keep her relaxed and rooted.
Sabrina loves the physical and mental release that a challenging and balanced practice provides, and she hopes to help all her students find that experience.
She believes that no matter your limitation and challenges, yoga is an integral part of our wellbeing just like eating or sleeping.
