Service Description
Each fundamentals class explores our monthly focus where we build on technique and alignment. Students are taught “how to do” asanas as well as the use of props. The Fundamentals Class provides the underlying structure to help a student be able to join our Hatha or Flow classes intelligently and safely. We help you build a practice that works for your body. Beginners or those working with injuries and need a slower pace are encouraged to join this class . Intermediate and advanced students will also benefit from exploring the alignment essentials presented in these classes. This class is suitable for beginners, but open to all levels of practitioners. The class will be a slower pace so the teacher can offer options for individuals.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your class on the LeAnanda Yoga (Fit by Wix) App or through the online login area up to 6 hours before the start of the class, if you have a class pass or membership. Cancellations after this period will be marked as "no show" and you will lose your class credit. If you select Pay as you go option, you may be able to move your booking to another day that week, up to 6 hours before the start of class, by contacting us directly. After 6 hours you will not be refunded. For Therapy services or Yoga 1-2-1's - 24 hour cancellation policy applies. You must contact us directly to reschedule.
