Service Description
Yoga Nidra is a necessary 'non-doing' practice of awareness and rest. Sometimes translated as 'Yogic sleep', you are guided to the liminal space between sleep and wakefulness, while remaining aware. It can be a space for introspection, for creative, insightful or meditative thought. No previous experience is needed as Yoga Nidra is a naturally arising state of human consciousness. If you've ever noticed yourself falling asleep and waking up, you have experienced Yoga Nidra. Join Abby for this monthly sacred pause to really let body, mind and spirit rest. Winter is the season to slow down, get cosy and restore yourself through Yoga Nidra. Enjoy a sweet treat and herbal tea afterwards. We are trialling this class on some Sundays and some Fridays - Please let us know your preference.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your class on the LeAnanda Yoga (Fit by Wix) App or through the online login area up to 6 hours before the start of the class, if you have a class pass or membership. Cancellations after this period will be marked as "no show" and you will lose your class credit. If you select Pay as you go option, you may be able to move your booking to another day that week, up to 6 hours before the start of class, by contacting us directly. After 6 hours you will not be refunded. For Therapy services or Yoga 1-2-1's - 24 hour cancellation policy applies. You must contact us directly to reschedule.
