Hello, I'm Ellie! I'm a mother of two and a KGH-accredited hypnobirthing teacher. I've had two very different birth experiences myself, my first was extremely medicalised and left me feeling out of control, but after doing a hypnobirthing course before my second was born, I felt strong, powerful, and confident throughout the labour and birth.

My hypnobirthing experience was incredibly empowering, healing, and transformative and I now have the calling to share these techniques and knowledge and help other women and families to have a positive, confident, and empowering birth!

Hypnobirthing is a positive birth preparation programme, I offer a 12 hour group course over 4 evenings, meeting other couples looking for birth empowerment!
